Recent Staff Additions
Joyce McSweeney has joined the staff as administrative assistant to the vice chancellor for iformation services. Ms. McSweeney holds a BA in English and Speech Communications from Boston College and an MS in Public Affairs from Trinity College. Previously, she was employed in the General Assembly's Office of Fiscal Analysis, where she specialized in library and higher education budgets; and as an executive assistant in the Old State House.
Chandra Weber, a recent graduate of the UConn School of Education, joined the Dodd Center staff in May. Previously, she had worked as an intern in the Dodd Center. She will be organizing the Tomie dePaola archive, Wilcox School of Nursing archive, and the Edwin Way Teale Collections.
Erika Hanson McNeil has joined the staff of the Trecker Library in West Hartford as access services assistant. In this position she will work with circulation, document delivery/interlibrary loan and reserve services. Prior to joining the UConn staff, Ms. McNeil held a variety of library positions at Ohio State University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
