HOMER is the University of
Connecticut Libraries online system. Through Homer, it is possible to search
not only the holdings of the UConn Libraries, but also the catalogs of other
libraries. In addition, there are links to journal citation databases (Biography
Index, Humanities Index and Social Sciences Index)
and other research sources.
Biography, historical events, and other subjects can be located through the author, title, subject and keyword searches. e.g. Frederick Douglass, Afro-Americans History To 1865, Slavery, Underground Railroad.
Document Delivery/ILL is located on the Library Home Page under Services. Electronic requests can be made for journal photocopies and books not owned by Trecker Library.
