EndNote Support Page - using EndNote with research databases licensed by the UConn Libraries
EndNote is personal bibliographic software compatible with many of the research databases licensed by the UConn Libraries. References from these research databases can be moved to EndNote using EndNote Import Filters, or via the direct export of citations to your EndNote library.

EndNote
Compatibility with UConn Library Databases
EndNote Import Filters allow citations previously saved from journal research databases to be imported into an EndNote library. If the citation information is saved in the correct format, the Import Filter will correctly "filter" the bibliographic information into the correct fields within the EndNote record. Some databases allow references to be exported directly from the database into EndNote without Import Filters; see below for details. Tips on importing saved references from databases into EndNote using Import Filters are available here. |
