RELIABILITY
What evidence indicate that the information is accurate?
Can you detect an agenda or bias? Is more than one opinion presented? Will you include other viewpoints?
TIMELINESS
When was the web site produced or last updated? What percent of the links work? Does this subject require frequent updates to be valuable?
