Troubleshooting difficulties with equipment.
 
             
Assistance with Homer Babbidge Library media equipment and the Video Theaters is managed by the IT Support Desk on Level 1; by phone at 486-5949.

Overview of recent changes:
   
             
The video and DVD collection is an open stack, accessible to all patrons.
             

The loan period for all non-reserve videos and DVDs are 7 days for ALL patrons.

             
All RESERVE videos and DVDs are housed and should be retrieved at the Information Desk (iDesk) on the Plaza Level.
             
In-house use of videos can be done without checking out the item BUT to view a DVD, one MUST visit the Plaza Level Information Desk (iDesk) to have the security pin removed.
             
For assistance with MEDIA RESERVES and THEATER BOOKINGS please visit the Information Desk (iDesk) on the Plaza Level.
             
PLEASE ALLOW A 10-DAY LEAD TIME FOR PROCESSING RESERVE MEDIA TITLES OR FOR MAKING VIDEO THEATER RESERVATIONS.
