Find Dictionaries in HOMER (the Library Catalog)

To find foreign language or regional dictionaries (which may include pronunciations), do a Keyword Boolean search in HOMER as follows:

"[desired language] language" and dictionaries and English

Example: "french language" and dictionaries and english
finds French/English and English/French dictionaries

    To find older pronouncing dictionaries in HOMER, do a Keyword Boolean search on pronouncing and dictionaries. You can also try [desired language] and languages and pronunciation. Also see the Vocal Music page for diction guides.

    Example: pronouncing and dictionaries finds the following titles:
