Though we see different health statistics reported on the news every day, finding the health statistics you need can take some detective skills. The National Library of Medicine has an excellent tutorial on finding and using health statistics.
This list includes the major sources of heath statistics on the Internet. It is not comprehensive, but these sources often come in handy when looking for state and/or national level statistics.
