If you are interested in staying up to date on the latest research, you may want to consider saving searches in CINAHL, or another favorite database, that will run automatically. You have the ability to:
- Set your searches to run automatically. Only receive new citations via e-mail. (These automated database searches are called SDI's or alerts.)
- Receive table of contents from your favorite journals each time a new issue is published.
- Every popular nursing database and many online nursing journals offer these services. Simple directions can be found on our Current Awareness and Alerting Services site.
