If you do not receive an email confirmation promptly after making each request, please verify that your NetID profile contains a valid email address.
If you do not receive an email confirmation of each request you place (your UConn email address is preferred and is your NetID profile default), contact our office (860-486-4959). Please note that if you don't receive an email confirmation, chances are that your request did not make it to the DD/ILL office.
You can verify the email address in your NetID profile each time you place a book request or article request. Your profile email address appears on the left side of both request screens.
In addition, we will correspond with you via email regarding your requests. The unique Order Number assigned to each request you make will serve as a reference.
Please retain your email confirmations in the event that you need to refer to them. When you receive your requested material, you may delete the email confirmation.
