Shelley is responsible for library policies and procedures, including selection of books and audiovisuals, journals and electronic resources. She provides in-depth research assistance and library instruction for all subject areas and serves as the advocate within the Library at the Waterbury Campus.

Library Instruction - request general orientation, course-related instruction, focused research training, and plagiarism prevention workshops, including using RefWorks. Research Assistance - request help in selecting appropriate resources, performing database searches, or locating relevant materials at other institutions.
Citation Assistance - request help in verifying citations for publications, bibliographies, or Interlibrary Loan orders.
New Materials Requests - suggest titles to be added to the Libraries' collection.
