Responsibilities
Shelley is responsible for library policies and procedures, including selection of books and audiovisuals, journals and electronic resources. She provides in-depth research assistance and library instruction for all subject areas and serves as the advocate within the Library at the Waterbury Campus.

Library Instruction - request general orientation, course-related instruction, focused research training, and plagiarism prevention workshops, including using RefWorks. Group and individual training sessions are available by appointment. For questions about information literacy and library research skills, please contact her.
Research Assistance - request help in selecting appropriate resources, performing database searches, or locating relevant materials at other institutions.
Citation Assistance - request help in verifying citations for publications, bibliographies, or Interlibrary Loan orders.
New Materials Requests - suggest titles to be added to the Libraries' collection.
