This list is divided into several sections. The first section contains journals from the Homer Babbidge Library general collections. Subsequent sections include journals belonging to other collections in this building, elsewhere in Storrs, and the Regional campuses. The code in the “Department” or the “Collect” [Collection] column indicates where the title is shelved (unless otherwise noted). The department/collection codes are:
HBL or [BLANK]: Homer Babbidge Library main collection
ART: Unbound issues in Art & Design Library
AVP: Avery Point Campus Library
HAR: Greater Hartford Campus Library
IMS: Unbound issues in IMS Reading Room; bound volumes in HBL main collection
MAP: Map Library/MAGIC
MAT: Math Reading Room
MUS: Music & Dramatic Arts Library
PHA: Pharmacy Library
STA: Stamford Campus Library
TOR: Torrington Campus Library
WTB: Waterbury Campus Library
The date bound journals are available is indicated above. The shipment date for each title is indicated in the "Lot" column in year-month-day order. For example, lot 080423… (ignore the letter(s) following the date) was shipped to the bindery on Wednesday April 23, 2008. Items in that lot will be available on Friday, May 9, 2008. The date due for each lot is indicated above.
