Dodd Research Center The Thomas J. Dodd Research Center holds valuable primary resources for research in women’s issues.

The Alternative Press Collection contains publications which captured the energy and spirit of many of the social, political, and cultural movements of the latter half of the 20th century. Here are a few of the titles at Dodd.
Calyx Publishes literature and art by women of all ages, races, classes, and political persuasions. Committed to publishing work of artistic, literary, social and feminist integrity. Beginning 1979
Camera Obscura a journal of feminism and film theory. 1980 – 2005
Emma A bi-monthly feminist magazine founded in 1977, is the only political magazine completely run by women in Europe. (in German) 1985 – current.
Feminist Issues Devoted to feminist social and political analysis, with emphasis on an international exchange of ideas. 1980 – 1997 (continued by Gender Issues)
Fireweed a feminist quarterly of writing, politics, art & culture (Toronto). 1979 – 2003 (ceased)
Hecate an interdisciplinary journal of women's liberation Australia. Offers perspectives on the status of women from socialist and women's liberation standpoints. 1978:Feb., 1984-1985, 1987-
